An extensive range of modern injection moulding machines means that most custom moulding requirements can be met.  
AAA Mould has the capability to produce plastic mouldings up to 48 kgs in weight and has particular expertise in thick sections, in excess of 100mm in some cases.  In terms of size parts up to 1.5m2 are possible.

AAA Mould also offers gas assisted injection moulding – a relatively new technology offering opportunities to reduce costs and improve appearance of finished products.

Producing plastic components for a wide range of industries has resulted in injection mouldings being manufactured in a wide variety of thermoplastic materials, prime or recycled/reprocessed, filled with glass, talc, etc. and unfilled.  In addition materials can contain additives such as flame retardants and anti-microbials.   Insert and outsert moulding is also available.
