Sample is very important for mould making

It’s reaaly regret for us can’t to do plastic blowing chair mould for the customer.

It happened like this:

The customer showed us the blowing mould pictures and told us to get the sample for him. He would like to make the mould in our company. I searched on the taobao, found someone who sold the same chair, but it was in Guangzhou, no nearer city.I thought it was ok by Shunfeng even the transportation fee is double of the chair price, tomorrow would arrive.When the seller called Shunfeng, they said can’t do this business if the seller don’t pack with wooden cases. We all said it would be ok if broken.They didn’t change the idea.Finally the chair sample couldn’t arrive tomorrow, the customer found another company.

Then I realize that it’s really very important to have the sample to make mould. When we attend the exhibition, edit the catalogue, we need to pay much attention samples prepairation.
