Inject the machine to is widespread on today, but at molding tool that inject on board gearing contain every kind of each kind of, these molding tools because the plastics product different but each , go down to bedrock the gearing a design for suffering particular size limitting, as a result injecting molding tool to product different along with the plastics but change.Because setting up the mold differently several why method, the different molding tool construction usually also is inevitable.Main process that inject the molding tool is to anticipates the meltdown to mold  to model for end the shape that plastics product.This process is the process of the alive with type  , the type  system includes the type  , type  , the piece of  .The type  system is several why the shape is direct to be producted by plastics mold  with the size decision, therefore, the havings of the type  system constitutes the part is called counting on product part. The rapid development of mobile phone industry requires that the shell be renewed quickly. This paper discussed the design of plastic injection mould of the upper cover of the mobilephone flip-open covers., and the process analysis of the parts' structures.。The author determined the parting surfaces and the gating system etc, choosed the injection molding machine，calculated the sizes of the molding parts. Side gate and hydraulic inner action was used, straight pillar and puncher was used for guiding and conveying the materials. The author also choosed the materials of the mould. The structure designed in such way can ensure the reliable running of the mould. Finally, the author checked the match between the mould structure and the injection molding machine.
