The mold as industrial products used in the
production technology and equipment, play an increasingly significant role in
the scale of modern industrial production. Through the mold, the production has
a distinctive feature of high quality, efficient, energy saving, low cost, and
therefore widely used in the production of automobiles, machinery, electronics,
light industry, household appliances, communications, military and aerospace
field. In recent years, plastic mold production and level of development is
very rapid, efficient, automated, large-scale, long life, precision molds in
the mold production, the proportion increasing. Injection mold plastic before
adding in the heated barrel of the injection molding machine, the heat melted
plastic in the injection molding machine screw or a piston driven by the nozzle
and the mold gating system into the mold cavity, the plastic in which curing,
the final plastic products. This

Including the structural analysis of plastic parts and material selection,
preparation of the mold structure, Moldflow mold flow analysis, the choice of
models of the injection molding machine, hot runner gating system design, the
design of molded parts, mold to determine the selection of standard parts,
mold-oriented institutions to determine the design of cooling systems, the
demoulding introduced institutions, exhaust system design, the final check of
injection machine. In the design process, using Moldflow software to plastic
parts, mold flow analysis, in order to determine the optimal gate location and
filling process analysis, on the basis of the analysis of the data and to
optimize and improve the mold design to improve the quality of the mold design,
