the printer injection mold design process

Including the structural analysis of plastic parts and material selection, preparation of the mold structure, Moldflow mold flow analysis, the choice of models of the injection molding machine, hot runner gating system design, the design of molded parts, mold to determine the selection of standard parts, mold-oriented institutions to determine the design of cooling systems, the demoulding introduced institutions, exhaust system design, the final check of injection machine.
