17″ CRT display plastics case shape design

With 17″ CRT display plastics case shape design and injection mold design for back shroud for the main mission. Adopting parameterized characteristic shaping CAD system Pro/ ENGINEER, using three of its function module synthetically viz. parts design module, assemble module and mold design module. Proceed the shaping of the case in parts design module first. The shape completed is imported into mold design module to create mold cavity. The forming parts designed by mold design module are imported into the parts design module again. Referencing to the outcome of the mold choice, the running system design, cooling system design and pushing system design simultaneity, complete forming parts design and the shape of the other assistance parts. Finally, all the parts are assembled in assemble module and the whole mold design is completed.
