Plastic flower pot of Plastion Injection Molding

At present, the mold industry developed rapidly, especially the injection mold. With the injection mold technology development, hot-runner technology has been widely used.  This paper discusses the designing of the ingjection mold for plastic flower pots. An introduce was made on the structure, molding technology and working principle of the injection mold. Through the analysis about the structure and technological of the plastic flower pots,  determined parting-surface, injection gate, ejector mechanism and chosed injection machine, and calculated the formation parts. The hot runner system in mold multi-cavity was detail introduced. Through this design, may to have a preliminary understand about the hot runner mold, specially about the hot runner injection mold.
