Design of Injection for Short Joint

This thesis is aimed at the design of injection for short joint. FRPP plastic injection  molding in the design, the thesis analyzes the technology of products, determine the process parameters adopted by plastic and molding equipment, determined the mould to make the whole overall plan, analyze and solve the general structure of the mould and the work parts of the concrete structure, and to calculate the component size and some of the necessary strength check. This thesis is also to analyses and design the parting surface, gating system and demoulding mechanism, use of CAD to completed the mold design.
